Like reported in the news section today, someone discovered that your iPhone has a secret panorama photo mode. This hidden feature can actually get enabled without jailbreaking your phone, so you are not bringing some insecure code into your iPhone this way.

Follow the 10 easy steps below;

1. Connect your iPhone to iTunes.
2. Right click on the iPhone on the left and select “Backup”
3. Go to in iTunes to preferences > Devices > Prevent ... from syncing automatically
4. Download iBackupBot for OSX or Windows

5. Install iBackupBot.
6. Start iBackupBot.
7. Locate your latest iTunes backup in the left pane and select the folder to start building the list of files.

8. In the right pane browse to Library/Preferences/com.apple.mobileslideshow.plist and open it, ignore the license warning by pressing cancel (If you have encrypted backups enabled, disable it in iTunes and go back to step 6).

9. Add the following key

EnableFirebreakYES (right under DiskSpaceWasLow

) and save the file.

10. Restore your modified backup folder in iBackupBot (Apple-T) to the iPhone.


Now open the camera app and press Options, you will see a new button called Panorama under Grid and HDR. Select it and press the camera icon, now start moving your iPhone slowly but surely from left to right until the panorama is fully captured.
