Tomorrow I will leave for holidays to the South of Europe, I have to make 2000 kilometres and I will do that with the brand new Navigon Europe 2.3 edition. Although Apple and Google Maps are free and can do Turn-by-Turn navigation, it is of no use when you go to another country, because of this lovely data roaming mess here in Europe, as soon as you pass the first border.
